No Refund or Returns all sales are final!!

You are given an inspection time of 14 days if product is damaged by Company. For example any holes, overbleached, tears or rips. We ask that you email [email protected] immediately.

After your 14 days your window of notification will be closed and we will assume our products are satisfactory. We strive to always deliver quality products but do understand that things may happen.

All Raw hair products have a processing time of 10-17 business days and a shipping time after processing of 7-12 business days. All Raw hair is made to Order, and shipped from overseas. So please don’t wait to the last minute to order your tresses. Please be patient with us as we are ever growing and strive for faster servicing.

All Virgin hair Products have a Processing time of 3-5 business days and a Shipping time after processing of 3-7 business days. Our Raw hair is shipped from Some U.S and overseas facilities.

Payment Plan And Third Party Processing

Here at J’adel’s Beauty Collection we offer many payment options to try to help all our customers to look and feel as beautiful as possible with the best quality hair for a small monthly price.

With these payment options each system has their own processing times. Please allow 7-9 business days for your money to processing.

Once your payment has been made you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Then when done you will receive an email with tracking number and estimated ship date.

Sale items

All Sale items are as and not returnable or refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:
